Bill has been involved in the IT industry for some forty years. Bill started his career in the UK Military where he worked on projects involving secure communications and encryption before moving in to business and joining DVS as Managing Director in 1998. Bill has a wealth of specialist knowledge and years of business experience, which have helped develop the DVS group.
David Sweet MCSE - Technical Director
David has been involved in the IT industry from a very early age and in 1996 ventured forward with his own company DVS Computers, later to be joined by Bill. David is an expert in network design and security and has headed the development of a secure online backup solution, currently used by some of the biggest companies in the country.
Rupert Poole MSc - Head of Operations
Rupert has been working in IT & Operations for over 15 years. Upon completing his Business degree in Cardiff Rupert completed a graduate management programme with US based company Staples and worked for the company as an operations manager for a number of years before returning to Cardiff to complete a masters degree in Information systems in 2001. Following this Rupert worked in the Infrastructure Support Group for the Principality Building Society for five years before moving on to become the Head of IT for Berry Smith solicitors based in Cardiff.
Sandy Lipman BA (hons) Business Development Manager Europe
Sandy has been in sales for over 30 years, recently joining DVS to head up the new sales team in the UK.
Winston Chim Business Development Manager Asia
With over 15 years experience in both marketing & management, Winston has joined the DVS Group to set up DVS in Asia and will be based in the DVS IT office in Hong Kong.
