Monitoring & Reporting
One of the benefits of working with DVS IT is that your systems are monitored 24hrs a day and should a problem be identified then our engineers will immediatetly work to resolve the problem remotely using remote connections to your servers. Should the problem require an engineer to attend site, then the job can be assigned and the engineer will either be on site when your offices open or if specified, will contact your designated key holder to arrange access. Our engineers are also able to remote control your users computers in order to quickly resolve most problems.
Combined with the monitoring and support will come a reporting pack. This will be provided on a monthly basis and can be tailored to meet your requirements. It will typically contain information regarding the stability of your systems, including "Up Time" and their general health status, available hard disk space etc.
The pack will also include information on the "Patch" status, indicating how many patches have been deployed that month and how many are out standing. Like wise it will report on the health of your estate of PC's in terms of patches. Most importantly it will also give you an over view of the status of your antivirus application, across your computers and servers. You will also see the number of calls which have been logged with DVS IT. These Key Performance Indicators will allow your account manager to bench mark the service you are receiving from DVS IT and provide your business with key information on the status of your infrastructure.
